Paula Weiner, administrative assistant in the Liberal Education Department, demonstrates T’ai Chi Chih to Louis Silverstein’s Education, Culture and Society class.
Teaching and learning T’ai Chi Chih has helped Weiner gain confidence in herself and a better understanding of her life. Weiner also teaches at the New York Fitness Center and has done demonstrations at the Field Museum.
